I'm going to be installing a new front fender on my driver side. Can someone tell me how to remove the old fender?

Does the front bumper need to be removed first to get to the fender?

You need to remove front bumper..

 

This is for a 95 Accord 4cyl.

the first reply was right.. no need to remove bumper.. and you also have to remove the mudflap and pull the side skirt down a little to remove one 10mm bolt .. along with all the other bolts that are not hidden
