I think the topic says it all... I went to bed around 12:30am and I usually park my R in the driveway but today I was lazy to move my dad's car.... I got up for no reason at 2:30am and looked outside and couldn't see my car anywhere. I thought for sure my brother snuck it out (since he was nowhere to be found) while I was asleep but all my keys were accounted for and when I finally got a hold of him he confirmed my fears.... the car was truly gone.... I guess at times like these you realize you should have never let your guard down because you never know who is watching...

that was yesterday 12/17/02.. reported 3am...

Then.. i get a call at 4am last night...

ok, so i get a call at 4am from the hayward pd and apparently my car has been found in Oakland... I went this morning to check it out and boy... it's not a pretty site.. it's been completely RAPED! No engine, doors, rear hatch, bumpers, fenders, interior including carpet and no dash board.. it's basically a frame... it was sooo sad to see. DAMN THOSE BASTARDS!!!!

Im really sorry, about your loss, there have been numerous times where i didnt want to move my mom;'s out of the driveway, to put my car in the garage. But everytime, after a few hours, i wouldnt be able to sleep, and i would have to move the cars. Sorry for your loss again

I'll tell you what we'll do, we'll park the cars on the street, and wait for theives, and them ***** them up. It might be illegal, but who gives a f**k, they dont seem to care about us, why should we care about them.

It would be cool to catch a car theif (or a whole bunch of them for that matter) and do the same thing to him: cut him up and sell all his organs on the black market.

My EX used to live in Hayward and I had to park my R out on the streets. I had many sleepless nights, but nothing ever happened to it, surprisingly.

I'm in the same area as you and I always have to move a car to get in the garage and a couple of times I felt safe enough just to leave the R outside. Sorry to hear your loss. I remember you because your license plate is InteGrl as well.
