2 gen Honda CRX 1.6i-16V DOHC gamgear settings? Any suggestions?
I will soon buy adjustable camgears for my CRX.
The camgears are following:

At the moment I have no dyno possibilities, so maybe somebody will share his experiences with camgear settings. I know that every engine is different, but I really need some information what usually seems to be the good setting for modified engines like mine. Of course if I have a chance I will dyno my car but for then I need some information. 0/0 settings are not great if you have adjustable camgears.
About my car:
1990 yearmade Honda CRX 1.6i-16V DOHC (engine nr D16Z5) body type ED9
My modifications are following:
Milled head (about 0.6 mm off the head, so compression ratio should be somewhere 10:1, as in stock it is 9.5:1); ported and polished intake and exhaust ports; 3-angle valve job; port matching; 4-2-1 header and sport exhaust system; K&N cone filter with CAI; ultralight pulley.
Any information and experience would be very great!!!

cam gears are a waste unless you milled your head and block. but if you know a machine shop take the motor out of the car and have the cams degreed. I have a b16a with 9:1 comp and head and block milled with a stock gasket and the cam gears had to be set 3 degrees retarted on both intake and exhaust cam. I had my cams degreed, I also have turbo cams and I wanted to get the sweet spot. But if you have stock setting you will be fine. dont play with them because you have an interference motor. Which means if cam timing is off to much your valve could hit your piston.
First my head is milled about 0.6 mm off and the timing is now more precise than it was in stock. Playing with cam gear is useful even if your car is stock. Right adjustment releases more power and torque even if its stock. But my car is not stock. Milled head, ported and polished, 3-angle valve job, 4-2-1 sport exhaust, CAI and so on.
