they look the same.. just the first ones look like they are nicer... comes with everything... but thats a lot of money for mirrors!

Yeah even though they are expensive I wouldnt mind getting them pretty slick how they fold in like they do. I would like to have them hooked up the alarm so they can go in and out like that when its armed and disarmed.

EF-8's never came with "Power" folding mirrors..... only the EF-9

they meant the power 'Folding' mirrors that only came on jdm cars, not just power mirror adjustment. which btw also came on uk spec ed9s

ef8's came with them, the ef9's did not. ef9's only came with manual folding/power adjustment mirrors.
