what bolt-ons can i get for my bone stock JDM ITR motor to get over 200whp. parts that dont need shop down time like... cams, sprockets...etc etc

your prolley gonna need to modify the internals if you want over 200whp no matter what you want to do (ex. SC, turbo) which requires lots of shop time so your answer is no

...dude, but look at your question. You asked for something is proven to be impossible with this engine unless you do some extensive mods to the head and block. That's why everyone is going to jump and say it's impossible just with bolt-ons. At least, besides good I/H/E, you need cam gears, agressive cams, higher comp. pistons, moded ECU or stand alone, and lots of tuning time.

Edit: Ok, maybe I exagerated a lil bit but, at least you need all the head goodies.
