Sway bar bushing replacement

Sway bar bushing replacement
Looking at replacing the sway bar bushing with urethane front and rear. I believe the ITR bars are 24mm front 22mm rear, is the other dimensions of the bush the same front and rear? I know I could just go out and look but it's cold and wet out there.
