Default Noob problem. Can't get the filter off my AEM CAI to clean it. HELP

This damn thing doesn't seem to want to budge. I've done this twice already with minor difficulty. It is freezing outside, and i think that could be the problem. The rubber is stiff as a board with no fexibility. It won't turn or move in any way, shape or form. Any recomendations? Please

Warm Soapy water will do the trick. Especially in the cold.

Do you really need to this now? Can it wait a few months?

I just took it off the filter today in the freezing cold. Put too hands on it and pull the **** out of it. You can have someone hold the intake inplace while your doing this.

Run the warm soapy water over it and it should pull right off.
