Climate Control (will a 2k1-up fit on a 99-00?)

I have a 2000 civic, and the climate control plate is a bit scratched up. I've been keeping my eye out for a new one, and honda wants like $109 for a new one!

Will a 2001-up fit on the 2000? I haven't seen any in person, so I don't know if they are even the same size.

Well, I'm limited to 1999 and 2000 then... Does anyone know of any websites that sell used honda parts?

Or any good honda junkyards in the southeastern PA area?
