15in rims for drag and 16in rims for autocross?

15in rims for drag and 16in rims for autocross?

is smaller the rim the better for dragging b/c of light weight and the bigger the rim the better for autocross b/c of wider tires and more grip?

all I know is 13inch rims RULE in autox
