Default My 97 JDM Itr

Here's my JDM 97 spec ITR in a local drag racing event.

Yesterday my car did:
13.28 @ 104MPH
RT - 0.592
60FT - 2.054

With street tires Brigestone RE 540s 205/50/15 and open header.

What do you think?

That aint crap y0. My boy in his R spins the wheels through 5th gear to give him a 12.4 in the quarter (mind you bald tires and slipping clutch also). He is bone stock except for spoon banner and light weight lugnuts (which we contribute to the nice top end)

I think he's refering to the year of manufacture - 1997.

I do the same with mine i.e it's a 96 spec but was made late 1995 and we go by date of manufacture here, not models years.

EDIT: hang on just re read his post he did say 97 spec -

Sam
