I know where you can get the front bumper... but It is not cheap.... I think $500 just for the front... the sides and rear are unknown... but go with the wings west rs lip kit...

Yeah, I checked out that article. I believe the person that was being interviewed was the $*&^$). He wouldn't go into detail on exactly what he did to get his 230whp on his H22a. He did some headwork, valvetrain upgrade, ecu reprogram & Vafc tuning.

i want the mugen stuff for function. I've heard/read the mugen front and rear sections increase downforce on the preludes by something like 80%... and the whole setup plus mugen wing can pull upwards of 300%.. is this true? (granted this would be at speeds of 130+mph, which i'm not going to quite be going lol)

but that **** is stealth yO! keep it down low mang.
yeah, the car is nice, but no detail on it whatsoever. how in the world are we supposed to believe that it got 230whp? it could have only 170 for all we know.
that's why i don't subscribe to that mag

i'm sure you have, did it not feel like the back of the car was going to come off the ground?

who said rear downforce? The whole kit is suppose to improve overall downforce. Even adjusting something on the rear of the car has implications on the front end (IE> extra downforce). It depends on how what you do affects the overall airflow.

not really, but it does help overall balance of the car at high speeds.
and btw, i may be trippin, but he said he got MF8's on the prelude which only come in 4X100. do i smell ROTAs?
oh wait, no...... he copied me and did a 4x100 conversion to fit them on there, i had that on my 95 prelude a while back. copy cat.....

uh, yeap many times from 140+ With proper suspension, and rear brake compound, its no problem..

I can see the need for frontal downforce, its what plants the front end so it will turn.. Rear doesn't need to be planted, it just follows the car..

i hope the words in that article didnt come out of the owners mouth.. seemed more like the author just made some random stuff to say up... nice car regardless - interesting idea with the exhaust, the area where the car commutes to is notorious for ******* cops

we pretty much rip apart the performance numbers in this thread. I'll quote myself:

Here's a dyno of 2point6's 2.44L 98mm crank, he made 229hp/175tq which is very awesome with his setup.

You can see his setup at http://www.collectiveracing.net/ and see what it really takes to make that power...

Once again a stock bottom end will make maybe 150tq max.

Type-S cams? Come on...type-s cams can not make 230whp...they can't even make power past 7200rpms....

The whole article smells...
