John if you're reading this, I just wanted to publicly thank you for your help.

John faxed me over an invoice for the hytech header that I had on my car during my recent accident.

That car is totalled, and I didn't have the receipt for that expensive piece of hardware. I needed it so I can claim on my insurance.

This is above and beyond even the highest levels of customer service.
