is your cam on night shot mode?? If it does the shutter will slow down, so tiny tiny bit of movement will result bluriness just like that.. BTW, nice car mang!

yep it is a check engine light i am trying to get some money saved up so that i can do an obd 2 - obd 1 conversion so that dang thing will turn off.
