You can break though an Auto Lock just about as quick as the Club. It is good, however, as the deterrent that it is. I know a few people with multiple ones. Get one on the other pedals too. Get a Club on the wheel too.

Make it a pain in the *** for the theif. That is, unless, he has a tow truck.

I was at Autozone the other day and I made quite an observation. All the Autolocks that were for sale were all slightly opened with their keys missing - ALL OF THEM!!! The salesmen didn't even know that they were like that....

Man, I have a good idea as to why the keys were missing.....f'ing theives!!!

What planet are you from? lol

The infomerical has been out for like YEARS now. Anyway, make sure you buy the Autolock Pro version, do not buy the regular autolock version. Go to you local part store and compare the two, you'll see what I mean.

autolock is good. Club is something that will slightly deter a thief. Marry the two locks and you'll give a theif something to think twice about.

Are the keys very same/similar? Do they only make a certain number of keys for all Autolocks?

Autolock commercials have been out for years.. they've been having the infomercials before it was carried in autoparts stores.... anyway you should still continue using your club in addition to your autolock pro that your getting.. the more things a theif has to defeat to get your car the better...

This seems like it might be a little better than the Autolock...

The autolock pro uses a cylindrical type of key and you insert it straight down into the keyhole while looking from the top. The regular one uses sort of a flat tab key and you insert it into the keyhole on the side of the autolock.

Best protection is to take your ECU everytime. No hard plugs in and unplugs. Easy.

yeah, but then you have to carry your ECU around everywhere, and if you're in high school, where I go, it wont fit in my locker, trust me, ive tried, lol. and u just feel stupid carrying it around.
Theres not really any thieves around where I live, but u can never be too careful.
right now, i just have a fuel-pump smoting switch and a club, can't find an autolock around here anywhere, where do u get one in canada??

Ya, take your ECU out every time. There's a realistic suggestion...

I've had my autolock pro for about a year or so...its the same type of key as my Kryptonite lock for my mountain bike.. I just hope the autolock key doesn't get all jacked up (the grooves on the hollow key chip) like my Krytonite key... so far the autolock key has been good..

or you can do all of this stuff and the thieves will just tow your car like they did mine.

So unless your going to bolt your car to the ground everynight your screwed...

If someone wants to steal your car they will.

Sure get the auto-loc it might deter joy riders or low level hot wire dudes but pros just tow the car to a garage strip it and dump it.
