My girlfriend just bought a 03 Accord. I honestly know nothing about Honda's or imports for that matter. I was looking at getting some Xenon's, but I'm in California and the car is in Indiana. What bulbs do they take (9005/9006)? Thanks for the help!

on 6th gen 9006 is low beam..

 

Hi and Low (9005/9006). I guess I didn't know if they changed from 02 to 03. Are 03's considered sixth generation too? Like I said, I know nothing about these things. Just trying to get some info. Thanks for the reply and help. Sounds like they are the above combo then.

no 2003+ accords are known as the 7th generation, if they kept the same headlight system then 9006 is for high and 9005 isfor low.

 

Thanks. I just went ahead and ordered the 9005/9006 XD5's. If they aren't right, I'll just put them in my Sonoma. I hate the ones in there right now anyways. We'll know next Saturday when I fly home for the holidays and have a little make up time with the girlfriend.
