KYB AGX settings???
I have an Integra
With Nuespeed Sport springs (for now, feel these springs are too soft)
At autoX I make sure they are at 4f/4r
on the street I generally run 3r/3r
but since the last autoX I forgot to change it back...left it at 4f/4r
I like a stiff ride...so I guess its up to you.

Caution: If you're running stiff springs (~400lb), don't run with the shocks full stiff on the street. This will wear the AGX's down fast. I ran 2F/3R on the street and 2F/4R or 3F/4R in autocross, depending on the course. I blew both my rears-thinking it was from "liking" the rotation with them full stiff in the back on the street.

what spring rates?
On my four-way agxs' with stock springs I used 3/4 and 4/4, (2/2 on the street).

I'm on H&R Sports and I run 2/3 most of the time, 3/4 for agressive, but I recently had to transport an 80 pound TV in the hatch, so I stiffened the rears to 4 for the drive home, and I actually like the way it drives at 2/4 so I haven't bothered to change it back yet.
just to make sure, you all have 4 settings on the front and 8 on the rear?
it would apear everyone else who has posted has the 4f 4r kyb's, with the exception of ryan12321.

92-95 have 4/4 adjustments where 96-00 have 4/8 adjustments. Thats for civics at least. Don't know what the adjustments are for integras.
overkll: I wouldn't be able to run full stiff on the street anyway. I would break my spine with them at that setting and 400 rates. Its stiff enough even at setting 5. Anything lower though won't control these spring rates so thats why i run 2/5 on street. I've had these shocks for 2 years and run the same settings for street/race and they've held up fine, not the best shock for the rates but i'm too poor to upgrade.

Oh, no, I've only got the 4/4's not the 4/8's.
But, just so you know, the extra settings are inbetween settings. The stiffest settins aren't any stiffer on the 8's.
So, to match it up for ya:
8-4
7-between 3 and 4
6-3
5-between 2 and 3
4-2
2-between 1 and 2
1-1

Yeah, full stiff is rough. I have the 4 way front and 4 way rear, so 4 is full stiff for my car
Just letting you guys know what happened with my car. I already replaced one rear shock, to have the other go on me right away. I'm going with OTS Koni yellows for next season.
I enjoyed my AGX's though. BESt Bang for the buck if you treat them good.
I found that I was MUCH faster when I put my fronts down from 3 to 2 most of the time. I LOVE the feeling of the backend rotating around the cones for me.
