looks good, and if its been well taken care of id say good deal. Although others would argue 8400 is too much to pay for a 94. Make sure to inspect it well. It looks like it has a 98+ conversion. Id say go for it. You can prolly talk him down a couple hundred also.

8,400 thats to much IMO, it has 94k miles too. I seen integras with those miles go for way less.

true, but the ones that ive seen with low miles and for a decent price, have a salvalge title due to theft, like 70% of the gsr's i find in ads have that title. and its gay. this is the first one that ive seen with clean title and no accidents in a while. im going to tkae a shot at it. and put yourself in the car owners shoe, he spent money on painting it and the 99 converstion and the ww lips. i would sell it for a bit more too, i wouldnt want to lose money. you know? the guy had it for 3-4 years and is the 2nd owner, i just found that out. reason for selling it; just got another car and needs money.

edit- and i would rather pay a bit more for a clean car than a car with low miles but crappy body frame...

I've seen 3 door 94 GSRs go for around $5000 around the bay area. Not sure if 4 doors are around the same price but I think you'd be better off buying a stock car and going from there.

thats pretty impossible down here. ive seen them for 5000 but they have salvage titles or supe duper high miles. average here for a 94-95 is around 8000-9000

My car stock was worth 8K like a year and a half ago when I got it with 90K miles on it, and I got it for $6500. I would not pay more than 7K for that car in those pics above.

It's not worth it at all. You can find plenty of them that have the same, or possibly even less, mileage on used car sites such as AutoTrader, AutoBytel, etc. And odds are, those will be stock.
