"Very clean Integra 4 doors I hate to sell it but I need the money to pay bills. The car is lowered on 17 in wheels with ground control and Tokico shocks. The color of the car is Mercedes SLK blue and the interior is tan. Full Wing West body kit to cap it all off. This car looks very nice I get alots props from stranger. Please call me for more info and detail of the car."

looks good, and if its been well taken care of id say good deal. Although others would argue 8400 is too much to pay for a 94. Make sure to inspect it well. It looks like it has a 98+ conversion. Id say go for it. You can prolly talk him down a couple hundred also.
8,400 thats to much IMO, it has 94k miles too. I seen integras with those miles go for way less.
edit- and i would rather pay a bit more for a clean car than a car with low miles but crappy body frame...

I've seen 3 door 94 GSRs go for around $5000 around the bay area. Not sure if 4 doors are around the same price but I think you'd be better off buying a stock car and going from there.

My car stock was worth 8K like a year and a half ago when I got it with 90K miles on it, and I got it for $6500. I would not pay more than 7K for that car in those pics above.

It's not worth it at all. You can find plenty of them that have the same, or possibly even less, mileage on used car sites such as AutoTrader, AutoBytel, etc. And odds are, those will be stock.
