Good luck on that one. When they lowered my % i PM'ed all of the mods, all responded the same "sorry i dotn know who did it and why" I think it just magically lowered itself.

I still dont understand the train of thought of the mods. If we do something wrong, which deserves us to get points taken away, dont you think it would make a little sence to just let the person know what they did so they dont do it again. ???????

Why does it really matter? As long as you dont drop below 96% nothing happens to you. Heck, even some of the moderators have low ratings.

Don't worry about it! You know what answer you're gonna get. "It's our board and we don't have to give you and explanation". I have seen this kind of post too many times and the same answer to all of them. To me, it's not worth the fuss over a message board. I habve found that everyone has a different agenda on H/T.

Thanks man. and you are 100% right on the explanation we get. But im not crying or fussing about why i got 1% taken away. I just want ot know what i did. It looks like there are a lot of other people who want to simply know what they did.

Im not sure at what point, but you also become limited to 10 posts a day.

 

I got some points knocked off too and would also like to know why.

Not that it's life or death, but it can make a diff if the numbers slip too low. How do you know to correct the action if you don't know what action you did was wrong? I think it would be a good policy to have for the mod to IM anyone when their numbers slip with the reason why. Right now it's like getting a traffic ticket w/o the reason for getting the ticket on it.

I agree the numbers aren't all that important... just look at some members ratings of greater than 100%. It seems some mods don't take the numbers serious enough and others use it as a power tool.

H-T has always been a dictatorship run by/for an elite few... I can live with that, but it should at least be a polite dictatorship.
