My first crappy ITR video.
So I was pretty bored today, and I decided I'd make a camera mount for my car. After several failed designs, I came up with the Ghetto-Mount 5000. Here's some pics:

Basically, it's a piece of wood with some holes drilled it in. (Which is really funny considering the extremely complex designs I was building that didn't work very well.) I drilled holes in it to hold the camera-stand portion of a tripod I have, and holes to go through the headrest supports. You take them off, line the Ghetto Mount 5000 up, and put them through the holes and in to the seats. I was suprised how well it worked
Anyway, here's my first try at a video, I originally had some really cool ideas with multiple camera angles and stuff, but being this was my first time using Adobe Premiere, I said **** it before a lot of the cool stuff I wanted to do was done
Anyway, pretty much the highlights of this video are my annoying radar detector, my VAFC, and going way too fast down my road.

Yeah yeah, I know the sound is kind of funky, but it was a first try
...More is sure to come from io_burn studios

Actually, a WICKED first production.....I think the fact that there's NO sound except for engine and VTEC is ABSOLUTELY SWEET......!!!!! TOO often we have video's on here with WAY TOO MUCH background music tracks that KILL the wicked sound of the ITR!!!!!!! Looking forward to more video's from you!, with LOT's of VTEC

not a bad first video.
A couple of questions, First is: does the key have a red Acrua symbol?
Second, what said "system testing..."?
And last what head unit do you have?
Nice fades and good resolution.

Ok, first of all, I was trying to make it like the RSX commercial with the guy driving, then him shifting, then with the tach... it kind of turned out
TodaSi: Wintergreen Trident, the best gum in existance.
Bbasso: Yep, red emblem. My valet key is grey... do they all come like this? (Also dig the $20 'official' keychain
)

The "system testing" **** is my radar detector, it's a Cobra ESD-9200. I got a sweet hookup at Best Buy on it at the time, it talks and is extremly annoying. It says "Be careful! (Radar Band, Ka, K, Laser, etc) Alert!" and then beeps like mad. Definately better radar detectors on the market... but hey, it does the job.
My head unit is an Pioneer Premier DEH-RP40MP with XM radio and all that jazz. I'm pretty happy with it. I'm not really an audio nut, but I've got Eclipse speakers all around and it powers them well enough to not need an amp... so *shrug*

Nice Vid!
But one question....I am having problems visualizing your camera mount by it's description. Is it possible to take some pics of it and post it? It's something I would like to make. Thanks.

Ehh, it's a nice stereo, I'm good friends with some guys who work at a mobile audio store or I would have stuck with the stock ****
Here's some more pics of the camera mount in the car:
I discovered this little switch dealy on the top of the seat when I was taking initial measurements this morning.

It wasn't until I was on Ghetto-Mount version 3.0 that I found out the head rests came completely off.

So I drilled some holes... (IF YOU MAKE ONE OF THESE MAKE SURE THE SEATS ARE IN THE EXACT SAME POSITION! As you can see the one hole in this picture is pretty big because of my measurements not lining up between me hopping in and out of the back seat from the passanger side and not putting the seat back in the same spot every time.)

And here you go: (The camera goes in the middle, obviously, since I am taking the picture with the camera it's not on there.)
