I'm working on a 95 accord v6 we're trying to put a manual trans in, which tranny should we use?..... has anyone done this swap b4 that might be able to lend a few hints?

btw the engine in the accord is a c27a4.

 

the c27 is the same motor the old acura legends used, im pretty sure those c27's came with 5 or 6-spd trannies, so these trannies will bolt up ok with your motor...

 

thanx. we picked one of them up and it looks as tho the tranny will mate up with the engine, now my question is...the drivers side mounts....the tranny we got does not have one...there's nothing is this right? also the stock front trany/engine mount doesn't quite match the new tranny....should I get the oone from the legend? also what year legened, our is an 88-90 model and the I know that the 91+ are different...so ya maybe I answered my own question there. it just seems odd to me that there's no side mount for the legend tranny. it's also substantially smaller than the stock automatic trans.
