Default Spring switch on my Tein's

I currently have 12k front and 10k rear on my HAs. Can I switch the springs without any effects to the dampers? What would be the benefits of doing this? I have been reading that stiffer springs in the back are better for oversteer.

Aren't the HA's the same shock as the Tein SS? If they are, then you're already over the maximum springrate recommended.
