I am a little confused about how low you can set these. In the instructions, there is a reference value of 30mm. Is this the lowest you can set the perch? How long do the springs usually take to settle? I am installing them right now and I got the front and rear driver side done. Just trying to figure out where to set the perches. Any info would be appreciated.
