Default would anyone be interested in a 94 BB1???

i might be moving back to europe next year, and i'm gonna have to sell my baby.
i was just wondering if anyone would be interested in buying it...
its a 94 prelude VTEC (BB1)
71000 miles, graphite gray pearl with black leather interior, and following mods:
-AEM CAI
-Greddy - TRUST header
-Apex N1 exhaust
-FIELD SFC-VTEC boxer II series
-SKUNK2 cam gears
-MOMO jet steering wheels
-MOMO race air shift ****
-OEM CD player
-JDM onepiece headlights
-JDM front turn signals
-JDM fenders with side markers
-JDM rear bumper (with no lights)
-shaved antenna
-shaved emblems
-EIBACH springs
-TOKICO shocks (sorry, sold the TEIN's)
-eibach front upper strut bar and rear strut bar
-new paint - lexus IS graphite gray pearl
-16 inch MUGEN M7 wheels with 225/45/16 yokohama A520 tires.

the car absolutely flawless, runs like new, pretty quick, rides comfortable, everything works, no damage except one dent on the driver side door.
i'm not gonna lie to you and say that i never raced the car. i did a few times. but i maintaned it and pamepered very good. oil changed every 2000 miles, only the best parts were used. no cheap pep-boys ****.
no accidents, clean title....
i would take the car with me but in my country they don't allow any car older than 7 years, so i have to sell it. my loss, your gain.
i bought this car from a female driver back in april, and it was bone stock.
all mods were done recently and were done right.
the car itself is worth over 10K by blue book, i invested well over $4000 on it so far. the paint is not cheap *** maaco or one day paint, it is a $2500 paintjob.
i will post some pics if anyone is interested.
the price is $12000 with MUGEN wheels, or $11000 without.

edit: it also has BREMBO cross-drilled/slotted rotors on all four, and EXEDY racing clutch about 2-3 months old.
edit2: it also got HID's.
