can i swap my ecu w/ what i got?
i have a d16z motor with bolt-ons cai, headers, and cat back exhaust. I wanted to know if i could swap out my ecu and if i could which ecu would you recomend?

you can't really as there isn't anything else that will work other then the JDM P08 ecu (but that will have more harm then good)
you can chip it, if you want different maps, rev limit

If i chip my car, will it damage the motor in the long run? I just want my vtec to kick in earlier.what do you think about the apex vtc?
