Is there power going to the coil? Is there power coming out of the coil? Which ECU are you using? Is the dist. turning? I would assume it is but you never know. There is not much to the ignition system just track it back to the source your on step two.

I recently had the same problem with my ZC. My ignitor was bad, its the little rectangle box with the four wires going to it inside the distributer.

I'm not sure what the coil looks like. I'm using the 88-89 Integra ECU. I pulled off the dist. cap, and the rotor is turning. How do i check the coil?

Would I have the change my whole distributor to fix this? Or should i just do it anyway to be on the safe side?

I read on some wiring diagrams, that you have to modify the wiring to the distributor, i never did any of this because they said it had a round plug, mine has a square plug the just pluged right up. There's only one empty slot, and it's matches with an empty slot on the other plug.

hey man dont listen to these fools i can gaurantee you thats it has nothing to do with the distributor. u know where the thermostat housing is right behind the distributor there is a ground right there make sure that is connected. also the main ground right under the battery need to bee hooked up

I checked both of those today, they're both hooked up. I also changed out my distributor, rotor, and cap.
