I dont think so, because you will have to splice it into your ingition wires

it's up to you if you want it or not
you can either spice into the wires, solder them like the pic above or get the harness and just connect them

That I know of greddy doesnt list a harness for a civic. Pretty much all they have is for factory turbocharged cars. Its time to get out the test light and learn about your ignition.
