Trust Header and Exhuast (Greddy)
I've heard that the Greddy 4th gen H22A header is excellent - just a step behind Mugen in power gains (and costs half as much) and set up for good midrange torque. Too bad Greddy never sold a 5th gen header...

Gotta love it when people have to leave for Hong Kong within a week and have to part out the car

greddy header is the best mass production header for the prelude.
no way man, Pacesetter. They set the "pace".

I loved my Greddy header so much...After I sold it, my friend bought one for his 5th gen and we modded the lower pipe now he has one too. He loves them also...great piece of work.

The GReddy is nice, but just watch out for when the support bracket that attached to the oil pan bracket cracks. Other than that it's sweet.
It is the best!!!...
A piece of advice though, be sure to whipe ALL excess grease from it before you start the car. I make THAT mistake and have some burned-on grease stains now. As far as the exhaust, I am ANTI-AM-Exhaust. Seems like you got a good deal on it though. I just can't see spending the $4-600 for the exhuast. FAIR did my straight pipe, custom aluminized for $150 with glass-pack and chrome tip.

hey I found a dyno comparison....8-10hp over stock 5th for the Greddy PE alone...
I'm curious my exaust combo is a RS*R header pics can be viewed at

and a Mugen twin loop exaust system, but since the piping is not the correct for my ek-h22a, i had to buy 6 90 degree mandrell bend 2.5inch id bends and piping to have my exaust in stainless and tigged.
how... here's my problem..
many say MUGEN is perfect for exaust but then again the added distance with the twin loop caused added backpressure... i'm wondering if there's a better exaust for peformance than the twinloop... yes it's a real one...
the header people say RS*R isn't so great, i really want a better one, from the simple fact nobody has dyno sheets or GREAT things about it..
I'm looking for a MUGEN, i would gladly pay difference and this one in trade in if i could... or a better header...
is RS*R that bad.. I know that the're fairly cheap that's why i'm disapointed...
