Skunk2 valve springs too stiff for turbo?

I have skunk2 valve springs and itr cam shafts. Do you think that they will prematurely wear down my cams?

cams don't wear down...the rockers do...but to answer ur question no ur fine.

Which valve springs are you running is your gsr turbo?

skunk2's are way stiff. why are you running itr cams on your car. you would be better off with stock gsr ones, much less overlap. if you run typeR springs they are stronger than oem but not as stiff as those skunk2's. titanium retainers are always a plus too.

I have skunk2 retainers as well. I have heard many time that gsr cams are the way to go but, the guy at the shop where I'm buying my stuff said that type r cams have made more power.
