O2 sensors...
So, what would be the advantage to changing a one wire to a fourwire O2 sensor? I know the O2 sensor wamrs up faster as it's heated - perhaps at startup it would not run quite so rich? Any advantage to putting in a wide band O2 sensor or will it just play games with the ECU?
I am going to replace mine (original on an 87 CRX Si) so I am just curious...

If you are using the '87 ECU, there's no easy way to utilize the heater on a 4 wire O2 sensor. Also, the ECU can't make use of the information from a wide band sensor. Just replace yours with an OEM equivalent. It's cheaper than any of the sensors you're asking about.
