I've got set of 4 in Monterey Park. 3 are in excellent condition, but 1 has scratches on it. None of them are cracked. I'll give you all of them for $25 picked up. They're from 96 Civic EX.

SMZ: Yes, they're 14". They were stock hubcaps on my 96 Civic EX. I'd get you photo, but you'd have to wait until next Wed. I'm not leaving FL until then. If you're not too far away, my dad can meet up w/ you somewhere. All I can say is that scratches are noticeable, though I don't think it's really bad.

If you're looking for some hubcaps to put car back to stock for purpose of selling or trading in, mine should be fine.
