Default civic type r cam indentification?

I have my new civic type r cams. But they don't look any better than the stock pr3's in lift and duration. How can I tell if these are real civic type r cams? The only thing I found on the net for identifying is groove's by the disty. Is this right? Mine only have one groove, whats that mean?

Thanks!
