Default Comptech swaybar adjustments= soft(14mm)medium(19mm)stiff(22mm) or what?

Has anyone ever said it this way? For those who have one, what do you think it would be equal to at each setting? This seems to be the only forum for this topic since I'll be using it for autoX. Thanks

well i can't really put it into individual mm numbers but the middle setting is the same stiffness as the original non-adjustable bars so i would start with 22mm for the middle setting if you are going to try and figure out values for each. Thats also the same setting that SSC cars are required to run.

Comptech claims that the middle hole is comparable to an ITR 22mm bar, with the three adjustment holes making an incremental 5% difference.

So...

Medium = 22mm and soft and hard should equate to less than 1mm difference.

[edit] yea, what he said...

So, would I really be able to tell a difference between the settings if they're only equal to 1mm?

I used to be able to tell a difference with eibach sportlines because of the softer rates. Now that I have been using 350/400 I can't really tell that much of a difference. I tried switching it back to full soft after auto-x season ended expecting it to be a lot softer but i didn't notice that much of a difference from full stiff that i run the rest of the year.

It's doubtful. I've only ever run on the stiffest setting.

I'm too lazy to do the math, but 5% is very minimal as far as swaybars go. It's only good for fine-tuning.
