Default parting out civic SI & DX- ef owners can use this

the front of the civic was damaged!

rear bumper(unpainted)
rear hatch w/window & wiper and wing(red)
dash board(black)
si gauge cluster
rear side windows(i have both sides)
front windows (i have both sides)
door panels(blue)
rear interior side panels(blue)
rear seats(blue)
front seats(blue)driver has small rip!
console(black)&(blue)the one that sits between the driver and pass. seats!
heater controls
steering wheel!
blue carpet
blue pillars
lining for the roof-has cut out for the sun roof!
Sunroof(off the si)
driver side door
pass. side door
si motor 160k
dx motor 180k
si motor (smokes) 200k
seat belts(rear)
rear cargo cover(black)

How about the braking parts? Looking for front and rear UCA/LCA, knuckls, rotors and pads everything right up in there - located in NY (zip 13088), cost of shipping?
