Default New to the site...

hey guys & gals...
I'm new to the site. I just recently picked up a 94 Civic CX HB with 112k. Its pretty sweet little car, but im very anxious to begin workin on it. I guess the only thing holding me back are funds and time.
Anyways, im wondering what your opinions are on my new project. I am planning on swapping in an LS w/ GSR tranny, followed by a B16a2 head. I have the whole engine swap lined up through sources for pretty cheap. But my main concern at the moment is the suspension and braking system. I am wondering what area of the car should i go for first? Obviously braking is going to be important do to the new found power, but i think if i put the engine in before the brakes, i can probably restrain myself from pushing any envelopes until a new braking system is in. here are some of my ideas...
-LS/VTEC w/ GSR tranny
-Koni Yellows w/ H&R Sport Springs
---or----
-Tokico Suspension package
-GSR, Si, Del Sol disk conversion (which one do you recommend?)

thanks in advance for any incite and advice.

It`s the holidays, man. Plus, he didn`t really say anything stupid. That`s one of the better "Hi, I`m a Newbie" introductions.
