I have seen the yellow and black ones with half even less then half the miles of yours go for 19K.

But in your defense that is the white one the "rare" one. Ive been seeing about that price for those White ITR's.

Good luck with your sale

PS. I wasnt saying your asking to much, just saying that I have seen many white ITR's selling for more then the yellow/ black ones.

Anyway Free bump for you

Thanks for your opinion, but I don't recall asking for a price check. Perhaps the market is different in your area. Also, have you seen the car I have for sale? If not how can you give an honest opinion of its value?

I can respect that everyone has an opinion, but I don't think it's appropriate to come into my post throwing numbers like that around. If that's really the going rate on a car such as mine show me several examples and I'll buy them all. If not please exit the thread.

i agree with dust
something is worth as much as someone will pay for it, and just because you dont agree with the price, its irelevent to your cause.

Thank you for your opinion as well. Unfortunately E-bay is full of numerous “idiots”, as you put it, that are unable to complete the transaction and I’d rather not have to deal with the “idiots”.

Is the population of our country so used to paying fixed prices that no one knows the art of negotiation? I'll admit I said serious inquires only, but that was more to weed out the individuals that would call and offer $14,000.

This is a great car that has been well cared for and never abused. I'm willing to wait for the right individual to come along that will appreciate the car and is willing to discuss the price in a realistic manner.

I dont think hes out of line at all for wanting 20K...its a bone stock original 98 Championship White ITR. To some people, including myself, its worth it to spend a little extra for a car like that. If I didnt just pick up an S2000, Id deff be interested. Good luck with the sale, bump for a phatty car.

I'll agree with you...

remember that in this market...buyer will always try to lowball so they can get a better deal...and it'll be different if they were trying to sell it...

we know what cw itr values..good luck with your sale

I think you should all keep the comments about his price to yourselves. If you don't like the price and are bitching even when you have no intention of ever buying his car then maybe you should go back and re-read the forum guidelines. In the mean time he can ask whatever he wants for his car, and because its limited production, someone will probably accept his price and buy his car

Nobody really means to bash you when they say your car is overpriced. Its just that after a while, and after a bunch have been sold through the board, people get a general idea of what they go for, and in this case the price is a tad high.

If you can get $20k for your 98 with 45k miles, then the price for my 2001 with 11,800 would be somewhere right under its original price.

free bump , good luck with the sale

I guess I see the ITR kinda like the Supra TT. It is not made anymore. Never will that motor/body style be sold again. People who have them ask what they want for them, eventually they will sell. Just like me, when someone offers me what I think is fair considering the mods, tuning, wrench time and the low #, I will sell it. Until then, I will just sit on it and enjoy it.
Simple supply and demand, he has an ITR for 20k. When the demand is high enough , someone looking for that car in that condition, it will sell.
What gets me is that a lot of people want to pay next to nothing for an ITR, they look at KBB, which does not show a value for the car. Then once they finally get one, it is worth, to them, its weight in gold. When they sell it, they ask as much as they paid or more, forgetting that before they bought it, they were the ones bashing the asking price.
When someone wants to pay 20k for my 1997, or a very DECENT price for the rolling chassis, then I will sell it, until then, I will enjoy it every day...
Good luck selling, hope it goes to someone who wants an ITR and not just another Integra...

I bought my 98 2 1/2 years ago for 18k with 18k miles and it was totally mint. you are asking way too much. that is a opinion(accually fact) don't get all defensive about it

aka, drag, machaf and the rest of the lowballing ********...If he wants to attempt to sell it for 20k, let him - how are you going to say "I just made him an offer" when you offer him 6 ****** grand less.

If you don't have any real interest in his car for AROUND the price he is selling it for, then wtf are you even posting on his thread?

Idiots...
