wingswest rs lip looks similar

 

I have a wingswest rs lip. it seems to look exactly like that. I love it.

 

I have that mugen lip, got it from japan along with the skirts and rear wing the same as the picture you posted, it was expensive, almost $470 for the lip alone!

why would one spend so much on a mugen lip when the ww lip looks exactly like it? i mean is it really worth the extra money? im just curious

mugen actually wind tunnel tests their aero kits...

probably R&D makes them more expensive that way. i highly doubt wings west does any of that...

because i had the money! and yes its worth it as no one else round here has the same one!

 

Honda wind tunnel test their kit too. but I believe the reason the mugen kit cost so much is mainly because of the name "Mugen".

Even if they did wind tunnel their stuff, i dont think it would make much of a difference since the WW design is practicaly the same thing. The difference is probably so insignificant that you wouldnt feel or notice the difference running with both lips back to back. They both look the same and im pretty sure the WW quality is pretty good. If i were to choose, id save some money and get the Wings West lip
