New Def. Of Rice!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RICE : the official 2000-2003 definition
RICE: 'the result of any type of vehicle modification which is found to be undesirable by one or more persons.' Also see: ricer, riced, riceboy.
Everyone seems to have their own idea of what the term rice means to them. It's a widely used term that usually describes visual modifications applied to any car that is typically not very fast. The meaning has evolved to take on everyone's personal taste and is thrown around like the word "ugly". Anything and everything can fall into the category of rice. Some still believe in the fact that if the manufacturer of the vehicle is Japanese, the car is rice. Nobody is exempt from this term.
In other words, don't ask what the definition of rice is. It only causes arguments since nobody will ever agree.

It's just like descrimination base on race. Just because your one color( Yellow, Black, White, Whatever) no one likes you and makes fun of you all the time.
Just cause people like altezza light and neons under their car don't mean the are a lesser peson than you. No reason to hate and make fun of them because their cars are not up to your standards in looks.
