just a hint.. in the 96-98 if it's an LX, HX, or EX it's going to have a factory "security" harness behind the radio. You can find alot of the wires you're looking for there (such as the keyless entry options, horn honk, trunk trigger, etc). Plus, when you have it wire, you can just shove the brain straight back into the radio hole.. way back into the dash. Perfect spot for it because you don't see it when you look up under the dash, yet it's a convinent place to get to if you have an aftermarket radio and know it's there.
