I have a 98 accord v6. My car jerks whenever i shift the car into drive. the mechanic i took the car to today said all my motor mounts are bad (all 4). it sounds fishy, does anybody know how many motor mounts the accord have and is it possible that all of the went bad? Please let me know. Thanks.

 

that's a scam. He sounds like a guy who usually works on domestics. *THOSE* mechanics replace sooooo many oldsmobile and GM motor mounts, it's like a franchise repair.

 

LOL is hard to bust out the motor mount within four year..imo

 

Yeah take your car to a honda dealership and theyll tell you whats wrong.....hahahaha "

talking about damn dealer service..
I was at service dep. to get a blank(for fog light, those little
plastic cover). He keep on asking me what's the interior color code
I am like ..is beige. He is such a moron and tell me go out and take a look
and he wouldn't do the search until i have the color code.
Then i talk to his superior manager(smarter but still..)..they was looking for
the location of the cover..for 10 min..I finally got tired of this bs and pointed it out.
that little plastic end up costing me 3 buck plus tax.

 

The dealer was trying to tell me that the nissan spec-V is a V4 lol..haha
