How much are you willing to spend:
If you have the moola: Koni Yellows
If you don't: KYB AGX
If you are broke: KYB GR2 or Koni Reds

FOR THE LAST TIME:
It doesnt matter how low you can go, it's not ******* limbo.
Shocks are meant to improve handling and cornering, not slam the POS.

i know its not limbo and im just getting some thing outta of the way.. im not sayin my car is touching the ground but its kinda tucked with the steelies.so i wanna know before i buy somthing that blows. 300 is my sent price so please post and dont hate on my form..
I am not "hating"
All I have to say is that if you are more concerned with how low you can drop your car rather than the handling improvement, buy cheap lowering springs.

the only way to keep a shock from blowing on a slammed car is to get a short stroke shock...even then you can blow them. konis and tokicos are both normal stroke...so if you dump the car low enough for the shock to bottom out, you may as well be riding on stocks.
both shocks have a limited lifetime warranty
the tokico hp's are a little cheaper, but do not offer the adjustability of the others.
what are you using this car for?

why the crap are you concerned with how much of a lowered stance the shocks can handle when spoon springs only lower the vehicle 20 mm? get the neuspeed/koni yellows. they're 20 mm shorter than the regular koni's. if you even have the springs...
so say i go with aluima blues then they shoud be good enough cause im not going drag or auto x im just driving everyday.. and im not worry about 5 way shocks. So???
