Default Spoon Head Gaskets

Can anyone tell me the differences b/w these two head gaskets, i.e. performance wise etc.....anybody using these???

1PC Headgasket
0.4mm thick - for B16A use 12251-16B-G00

2Pc Headgasket
0.4mm+0.45mm thick - for 16B/18C use

i might just guess that the b16a uses a 1 pc head gasket, while the ctr, gsr, & itr engines use a 2 pc. or maybe the 2 pc is for boost (even though i know spoon is a n/a company) whatever, it sounds like that 2 pc would lower the compression

Most of the time you can get high compression head gaskets to seal correctly but that's not a guarantee... Just like taking apart a stock headgasket... Atleast if you deck and head are both square OE will work 100% of the time... OE for me.. Just my opinion.. Peace
