Spoon Head Gasket

Can anyone tell me the differences b/w these two Spoon Products??

1PC Headgasket
0.4mm thick - for B16A use 12251-16B-G00

2Pc Headgasket
0.4mm+0.45mm thick - for 16B/18C use

just different construction like the description says, I say go with the 2 piece, you will LOVE it. Take my word for it
