Have you installed it yet? I'm sure alot of people would like some honest opinions on the fitment to your Civic. Some photos and comments would be cool

I got my vis cf lip for my 96 ek last week and it didnt have any cracks or smears in the carbon fiber. I quess not every one comes out perfect. I give mine a9 out of 10 and 10 being real spoon....

not bad. although it would have been nice for you to have received one that was not cracked or that didnt have scratches. cant wait to see how it looks on your hatch.

not bad when you think about painting costs if you have it done at a shop; or you could just spray it your self.

yeah VIS isnt all that..i got a CF hood from them like 2 months ago and im not really satisfied about how the quality came out..paid 400 for it and i dont think its worth it..oh well to late now..nice lip hope to see some pics of it when u get it installed

 

It's great for the price. If you think about it, it's gonna get all ripped up on the streets anyways. Might as well pay less.

Nice lip. I like the VIS products for the most part...only beef with VIS is the weave isn't nearly as tight as Spoon or Fiber Images, it makes their product look somewhat cheap, also the VIS carbon stuff looks almost like plastic....I had one of the VIS carbon fiber duckbills and I was pretty impressed. It looked good, fit all right, and was a good price. So for VIS for being good and inexpensive!

I see you have the same gap under your passenger side corner lamp. I still cannot figure out why I have that. I'm assuming I have an aftermarket bumper.

BTW: The lip looks like it fits great. I'm probably the only one who doesn't like the style of it, but I can still appreicate a nice cosmetic piece.
