Default remote starter for 01 accord coupe?

i'm looking to put a remote starter on my brother's 2001 accord coupe v6. I don't want to cut into it so i'm wanting to find a remote starter that has a wiring harness and possibly one that uses factory remote. i found one that uses factory remote, but it doesn't have a wiring harness. thanks for your help

ive never seen a alarm with harness( that plugs into stock or whatever) before. i really dont think they make such a thing for the simple fact that all the wires are not in the same spot. good luck with your search.

heres some help. you are not gonna find anything like that. for two simple reasons. the wires required to remote start do not have a plug anywhere for you to tap into and the second reason is that the new accords require an immobilizer so you are gonna have to purchase an extra piece just to get the car to start. sorry for the bad news.

ok, here's the thing. They do make it because crutchfield sells them for their crimestopper alarms/remote starters so i know they have them. Crutchfield doesn't sell them anymore because they stopped selling those brands of alarms so they don't have them.
also, i'm aware of the extra 50$ part you have to buy. It's only for accords with factory security. It won't allow the car to start unless there is a key in the ignition.
also, being a lowrider and working on cars pretty much all my life i never pay to have my stuff done. I always do it myself, and with the price of 280$ plus 30 and hour labor fee at the local shop, i'm not about to do that to get a remote start. That's outragous. I could probably see 200$ for alarm and remote start, but we are talking only teh remote start for 230$, then the bypass, then labor.
oh well, thanks for helping.

did i mention i hate new cars?
this is why i have older cars....new cars have too many features that people don't even need. arh

ok in order for your remote starter to work properly you are going to need the remote starter, you can get a basic DIY dei remote starter from circuit city for 100 or have it installed for 200 plus additional parts.. since your car is an 01 it has an immobilizer that needs parts for the car to work correctly.. its a box that sends a signal to the key cylinder that sends a signal to the ecu.. there are ways of bypassing this and its to shaved hide a key near the key cynlinder but most shops will not do it this way for liabiility issues.. if you install it yourself you can do this and it will save money.. so basically you can get a remote starter installed in your accord for under 150.. this is not an alarm its just a remote starter.. as for getting a factory harness so you dont have to spice into anything, good luck.. they used to be around for basic alarms but not remote starters casue there are more wires you gotta splice into
