Here is what I am looking for:
1. 92-96 Prelude SI wheels - tires are a plus, but not really important. Looking to spend about $200
2. second choice 94-95 EX wheels. Same as above
3. Nice set of 17's with tires. Looking for something nice, not like old school monsoons or something. Looking to spend about $500-$600 ish.
