has anyone ever ordered from nopi, and if so, how long did it take u to get the items u purchased?

 

Less than 5 business days. I have ordered three times and great service every time.

 

unless the product is on back-order it is good and fast service

 

i deal with them alot. unless its special order or not available. you ll get it ASAP

 

i have ordered from them many times, i have always got my stuff in 3 days.

thanks for the info guys, i ordered some things last night, but i wasn't sure how long its gonna take cuz they didn't send me a confirmation e-mail or anything like that.

 

All my orders have been filled promptly. But the local branch nere here in savannah, all the counter workers suck, they dont want to have the time to answer my questions even though no one else was at the store.

 

repeat customer and even stuff thats to big for ups shows up on in less than a week. Not the best prices but Service is a A+

 

does nopi send a confirmation e-mail when u order stuff, or do they just send it?

 

nevermind, i just called them and they said they dont send confirmation e-mails or tracking numbers anymore, but he said it shipped out today, and will take up to 7 business days.

 

Yeah I found it weird too, when I ordered my sway bar i got it and got a confirm email like a week later. Decent price if you have a cupon proably going to order stuff for my rex from them.

 

I ordered a Neuspeed Strut bar from them a year ago and never received it. It took months of calling them and leaving messages to get a refund. The Nopi customer service guys kept telling yeah it will get take care of this week....everytime I called.
