Default US ITR tranny vs. JDM CTR tranny

what are the differences between the US ITR trannies vs. the JDM CTR trannies...

to my knowledge, the ratios (all gears) are the same....Final Drive ratio is the same....both come with LSD....

I think the CTR has a smaller ring gear than the ITR....

anyone know any different?
