F-Max Vs Greddy..

F-MAX and GReddy are both excellent kits, i went with the GReddy over the F-MAX for the reliability, but then again, my engine is built..... plus, i kinda like the internal wastegate design a little better for some reason...... less **** to deal with i guess... it's all up to you, both kits have their ups and downs, i think i have compared the GReddy, F-MAX, and DRAG kits in a previous post, you can probably search for it..... it's like 12:30 AM here and i'm to tired to think about them right now
f-max
all the way
great people
before i turbocharged my car i spent a good 12 months reading about it every day. with greddy, a lot of it's cost is just for the greddy name. now, mind you, im not talking about the whole kits. but considering that greddy is too "greedy" to part out their kits, i had trouble building a custom setup with their parts to begin with. i still think their metal used for the manifold is a little sketchy... last i checked, they wouldnt release the quality used. no FMIC included with the greddy kit, iffy fuel management etc. thats not to say that f-max's is any better, but at least f-max will part out kits, leave off peices, etc....
my setup is similar to quaalude and blackomega's
actually its exactly like blackomega's.
250hp to the wheels with an f-max manifold, downpipe, and the intercooler and all parts that come with it. all guaranteed for at least a year. i have no doubt in my mind that if one of their parts broke after that warranty period, they would still replace it, or whatever.
f-max is just good people. plain and simple.

it all depends on how you have it setup <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://rely.net/~htimages/smile/emwink.gif" BORDER="0">

not sure exactly how he ment it.. but the easiest example is if you just install either one of them and drive around VS installing the other one and actually having it tuned. The tuned one will be extremely more reliable
Lets, not forget that with Greddy you also pay for the CARB certification. And it is possible to make more power out of the Greddy kit, all you have to do is weld the internal WG shut and stick an external WG on there, and pray the smog tech doesnt notice it.
