Camshafts
It really depends on what your looking for and planning on doing with the engine. There isn't just a "best" camshaft. There is a whole mess of combos you could do with duration and lift.

In my case I forgot to mention i got the block done up a lot and the head is ported and matched with the intake mani/tb, so if anyone has any ideas on what a good stage 3 cam is let me know.
i am also wonderin waht cam will be worthed...
Zex's more appropiate cam IMO will be the 59300 camshaft... the site dont offer any specs on the cam... me are thinking about that one
then we got Crower's...63441 wichthe suitable one looks like the stage 1... 259/235 duration
then we got Gude's... 266262235F
SPECIFICATIONS:
Intake LIFT - 0.397 DURATION - 250
Exhaust LIFT - 0.375 DURATION - 228
wich they claim its good from 2k to 8.5k rpms
well i will like any feedback on Z6's cams.... i want something that will pull strong.. too many choices.... i got til tax check.,.. so i wanna do the right choice
