As I struggle to break my addiction to H-T, I found myself thinking that maybe something was missing, and that it was because I was unable to achieve closure that I continue to come here with termination provoking frequency.

Sure, for a long time I thought "Humph, avatars! Those are for freeks and goons." But maybe I was to quick to judge. Many of my friends have avatars after all. Some are pretty cool. Some are in your face. Some are simply perplexing.

So I've selected my first avatar. Hmm, "first" avatar. Is one committed to ones avatar? Is it right to just go changing something of such possible importance?

What do you think my avatar says about me. Or, putting it slightly differently: "How do you like me now!"
